All orders are picked up at 1470 NW 79th Avenue, Doral, FL 33126. We will notify you when production is complete and the order is ready.

No print-ready file is required to add a product to your cart. If artwork or production details are needed, our team will contact you after reviewing the order.

Yes for most printed products. Keep important text, logos and QR codes inside the safe area, and extend backgrounds to the bleed edge so cutting does not leave white borders.

For small-format print, aim for 300 DPI at the final size. Large signs can sometimes use lower DPI depending on viewing distance, but low-resolution logos, screenshots and compressed files may print blurry.

Yes. Orders should be reviewed and approved before production begins. Once an approved design enters production, spelling, dates, layout, colors and uploaded-artwork issues are considered accepted by the customer.

Yes. You can upload a finished file, ask for cleanup, or let us design it for you from $25. Send your logo, photos, text, brand colors and any notes so the team can build the proof faster.

Printed color can shift because screens use RGB light while print uses ink, vinyl, fabric, paper and production settings. We work for a strong match, but small color differences are normal in custom printing.

Contact us as quickly as possible. Changes may be possible before proof approval or before production starts. Once a custom item is approved and production begins, it usually cannot be cancelled or changed.

Yes. Many products have quantity price breaks, and larger orders can be quoted with custom pricing. Final pricing depends on product, size, material, finish, quantity and production method.

Not at this time. Every InstaKolor order is free local pickup, and we will notify you when it is ready.

Verified manufacturing defects are reviewed when reported within 3 business days of pickup with clear photos. Approved design errors are handled under our posted policies.
